We want you to be fully satisfied with your French Connection purchase, which is why we offer a 28-day return window for all online orders. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Generate and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
